“I FALL IN LOVE A LITTLE BIT WITH ANYONE WHO SHOWS ME THEIR SOUL…”

MY ARTISTIC PASSION
I believe in authentic storytelling: showing the vulnerable and natural moments of how you feel. Slowing down time to enjoy the little details, unposed, and basking in the goodness all around. I envision unique locations, flowy and organic outfits, getting your feet wet, and making adventurous memories with the ones you love. We’ll soak in the warm sun and stay until the last drop of light leaves the sky! I want you to wrap yourself up in the arms of the ones you love and breathe in your sweet little babes! You’ve got this amazing life you’re living and I want to create some visual art from all the magic that is already there. If you are an adventurer, a dreamer, striving to document your connection with your soulmate, your motherhood journey with your family, or welcoming new life, I would love to hear from you!
Hi, I’m Cheri, the creator behind Moss & Mint Photography, and I’m so happy you are here! I promise we are going to have a wonderful time together.
My name is pronounced like Shur-ee, but I hardly ever correct anyone. I am a ridiculously proud mama to four fantastic children spanning ages 4-19, and together with my significant other, Jeremy, we embrace the chaos and call our lives The Great Adventure. I love being around water and you’ll often find us out at the ocean or up in the mountains on day trips. I laugh loudly and a lot. I will probably hug you at least once during our session. I’m a total night owl. I love horror movies and crime novels. I’m addicted to ice cream. I love loud music and I will sing if I know the words. I’m a glass-half-full kinda girl. I talk like I’m from SoCal (I am!). I am big at communicating so expect to hear from me often before and after our session. I pour my heart and soul into every.single.session so I want you to love your images like I love them! I feel like I form a special bond with my clients because I know that you are trusting me to capture very intimate moments in your life and how important that is to you.
